At Castelli Marble, we take pride in the quality of our natural stone products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible, uninstalled materials within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify eligibility.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the tiles or slabs in their original crates or boxes with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Ship the items back to our warehouse using a tracked carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a 20% restocking fee.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the material to ensure it is in original, resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
